Welcome to our exclusive vacation home. It has 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and space for a family of up to 10 people to spread out comfortably. Offering a well equipped kitchen complete with appliances, breakfast nook, bar area, formal dining area, screened-in private pool area with a large Lanai overlooking a conservation area.
Other useful items include: Free very fast, (40Mbps) WiFi Broadband, printer/scanner, free US telephone calls, TomTom Sat Nav, cable TV, crib, buggy/stroller, baby walker, stair gate, high chair, hairdryers in all bathrooms, plentiful supply of towels and bed linens.

From the moment you set foot inside our Orlando home you will know that you made the right choice. With its spacious, airy rooms and modern utilities, it makes the ideal vacation home away from home.
Kitchen
The kitchen is open plan, equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster etc and all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery you could need. The breakfast bar has bar stools providing an additional seating/dining area
Breakfast Nook
This area has a table and 6 chairs and overlooks the pool area. A relaxing way to start the day with your family.
Family Room
Comfortable, attractive seating area, 46” Sony flat screen LCD HDMI cable TV, Blu Ray DVD player (with wifi connection), Nintendo Wii, and patio doors leading out to the pool area.
Formal Lounge
There is a formal lounge at the front of the house, perhaps the ideal place to relax with the latest bestseller or listen to some music on the multi CD player/stereo unit.
Formal Dining Room
The formal Dining Area is just the place for that home cooked family meal, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.
